Today, I split my work across areas that complement each other:
- My Digital Presence (MDP) — I manage and build website design projects, helping businesses improve their digital presence, optimize their workflows, and launch websites that are both functional and beautiful.
- Barcelona Home Hunter (BHH) — I run a boutique real-estate service helping international buyers (especially from the US, UK, and China) navigate the Barcelona property market. I specialize in buyer representation, fixer-upper evaluations, and guiding clients through the NIE, mortgage, and due-diligence processes.
- Project Leadership & Agile Coaching — I bring structure to chaos, mentor teams on Agile ways of working, and coach individuals on improving productivity, communication, and decision-making.
